From first meeting Emily and her team, we knew our event was in good hands, we had a lot that we wanted to achieve with our awards evening, and they were open to every suggestion.  From wanting a certain colour mocktail, to a lectern, a red carpet, the whole team ensured that our evening was a special one for everyone who was invited.  The team on the day worked so hard to make sure that it all ran smoothly, Jenna in particularly went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed.

It is a great team to work with, and such an iconic venue to hire, everyone had a superb evening, thank you.

We cannot congratulate your staff enough, they were exceptional. Alistair went above and beyond, along with the two security guards. The tour they gave us was wonderful, and nothing was too much trouble. They simply could not do enough for us.

Please pass on our gratitude to them for such a wonderful party. Everyone commented on how fantastic the staff were.

It would also be remiss of us not to thank you for all your efforts in putting everything in place. You have a fantastic team there, and we are truly grateful for everything you did to make the event so special.

We just wanted to send a quick message to say a huge thank you for helping to make our Year 11 Prom at The Trentside, City Ground such a memorable occasion.

Our students had an amazing evening, and it was truly a wonderful way to mark the end of their time at The Becket School.

The venue was stunning and absolutely perfect for the event. The DJ you supplied was outstanding, with excellent equipment and a playlist that was spot on. Our students were on the dance floor from the very start of the prom (which never usually happens) and they kept dancing right until the very end, even after the lights came on!

Thanks again for being such great hosts last week, our members and guests had a brilliant time with you, please pass on our thanks to the team.

Just wanted to come back to you and say a huge thank you to you and your colleagues. We really appreciate all your help. Our pupils, families and staff had an amazing night. 

The room was great, tour was brilliant, food was lovely! The guy working that night was so helpful.

We had the best of time on Saturday, Alistair and his team was out of this world.

We had a little glitch with the video but we sorted it, the security staff was brilliant a truly memorable night made even better because of how good the staff at the club was.

We honestly cannot thank you, Jenna, Alistair and the whole City Ground team enough for all of your incredible support leading up to and on the day of the conference. The day was such a huge success and that was very much down to the professionalism, care and calmness of the entire team.

We have already had so much fantastic feedback from delegates, speakers and sponsors about both the event itself and the venue, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The City Ground for future events.

I also want to extend my thanks to you, Emily, and the entire onsite team for your support last week. Everyone we interacted with from both Sodexo and the club was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even with the difficulties we encountered. We’d be more than confident hosting another event with you in the future.
